Register a Litter of Puppies:
You can register online or request a registration application by mail. You can also choose to print an application yourself. You can select from the options above. The CPD will issue registration for each puppy in your litter. These applications will correspond with your new puppies based on information that you provide. Each application will be complete with breeder information as well as the sex and birthday of your new litter. These forms are to be passed on to each puppy's new owner. We offer free, rush service to guarantee the arrival of your registration package within ten business days.  

To Register Your Sire and Dam With New Puppies:
This Family Foundation package is ideal for most situations. Therefore, the CPD makes it the most affordable. With the Family Foundation package, you can register your sire and dam as well as new puppies at the same time. Whether your puppies are on their way to new homes or you're finding it too hard to let them all go, the CPD allows your pets to form the foundation of generations to come. The Family Foundation Package will consist of individual registration for the sire and dam of your new litter. Your puppies will also benefit from this package. The CPD  will issue permanent registration for each puppy in your litter. These applications will correspond with your new puppies based on information that you provide. Each application will be complete with permanent registration numbers, breeder information as well as the sex and birthday of your new litter. These forms are to be passed on to each puppy's new owner. It is necessary to complete this process.
